Blondies with Satin Blonde

Ingredients

Working method

  • Melt the chocolate with the butter, glucose and syrup.
  • Place the satin and flour in a planetary mixer, add the heated ingredients. 
  • Mix for 1 minute on slow (scrape down), then mix for 1 minute on medium.
  • Add the eggs and mix for 1 minute on slow, then 1 minute on medium. 
  • Deposit 900g of batter into a 220mm x 220mm greased foil tray.
  • Bake at 180˚c top heat, 160˚c bottom heat for 20-30 minutes on a double tray.
  • Once cooled melt the 2 Puratops and mix together. Pour onto the blondie, add sprinkles and allow to set.
